Wii Accidents Bowling

I twisted my wrist + partially ruptured tendon in my right elbow for 18 months on – how I can help it heal?

I used go bowling, but I had a strange accident in the first weeks of the 2008 season + partially ruptured tendons in both elbows (on the right was more serious because I took the weight on that arm) and badly sprained my right wrist. There was also some damage to the nerves, it seems, to my right elbow, extending my hand. Even painful physio after 18 months, still can not lift heavy weights with his right arm (shopping bags, hand weights), and nerves in my elbow to go pinky Spack completely, so that they lose all feeling. I have not been able to do a push-up (or put weight on my wrist, as I discovered today) since then. Is there any way to heal my arm so that I can bowl again? It was a kind of binding activity between father and daughter, and bowling on the Wii is fine, but finding the time to do that now is difficult. Sorry for rambling, thanks for your help! I've been praying for 18 months and obviously I can not save, because I'm still in pain.

Tendons are very difficult things and if they are badly injured they can actually take years to recover, especially if you use over and over again, be sure to use a bandage firmly connected for a double control (elastic), so stand firm, get some anti-inflammatory and keep your doctor physio:)
