The exercise bike or my trainer?

I want to lose weight in the thighs, in particular, and after reading, I have discovered that the loss weight using an exercise bike for 60 minutes a day may actually end up making my legs bigger, and I have to do the outputs of work involving the entire body to lose weight. My goal is to lose a stone in weight. I have a Wii game called My fitness coach who was recently released, and give me a full body workout. So I buy an exercise bike or should I use a fitness DVD or game to give me a full body workout?

So you assume the bike will make your thighs bigger? While it may slightly increase the muscle there (not noticeable), if you're doing in such a way that fat is lost, there will be a net loss. Fitness DVDs are also good, but make sure you think it's funny. If not, you is not likely to use often or enjoy it. I'm not sure which suggests the game as a workout, but it depends on you. Oh, and one hour on the bike is excessive. Get 30 minutes or less depending on the intensity. Try each one, see which one is more fun, and go for it.
