If I keep this plan going to be able to lose 10 pounds or more and get the ABS in a month? * Eat healthy-n dessert, drinking water only, and cereal fiber intake, protein shakes and various nuts like almonds. * Exercise-five repetitions of 40 abs a day, 3 reps of 10 push-ups a day for at least an hour a day cycling, running around a city block for 10 minutes a day, Proform using a machine (It's like standing while traffic), and the use of Wii Sports Boxing Now, is this a good plan? Would it help me reach my goal? Unless What more I can add? If so, how to lose but my goal?
It's great that they are pro-active in their status and diet goals. As always, diet and exercise are the key. As for diet, try eating six small meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A portion fruit mid-morning and mid afternoon snack. Dinner should be a food-sensitive minimize the rice and bread. Try this for a period of two weeks. Then vary your meals accordingly. Check with your doctor. If everything is fine, I would suggest you push it up a notch faster and long-term gains. Training must have weight and type of circuit training. Free weights are ideal for toning and weight loss. You can try squats with dumbbell shoulder presses. Here is circuit training great and effective by Proform machining. Walk for 2 minutes (heating), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for one minute, then run for 2 minutes, run hard for one minute, etc. .. do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works very well.
